FAQ
Frequently asked.
What wax do you use?
We use a proprietary blend of natural soy and coconut wax. It burns cleanly, holds sculptural detail exceptionally well, and carries fragrance without synthetic additives. Every formula is tested for burn quality, cold throw, and structural integrity before it enters production.
Can you make samples before production?
Yes — we produce signal samples of both the candle and its packaging. This is included in the production cost, or can be commissioned separately before committing to a full batch. We iterate until the object matches your vision.
What is the minimum order for custom production?
There is no strict minimum — we will produce a single prototype. However, batches from 100 units optimise the cost of custom mould development and packaging design. We are transparent about where cost lives in the process.
How long does a custom project take?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for a full custom project: design, mould-making, sampling, production, and packaging. Rush orders are possible — timeline compression affects cost, never quality.
